Defect: When the device is not functional, it is considered as a defect.

Warranty Information:

All devices come with a warranty period of 12 months from the date of purchase.
The warranty is applicable to the main unit.
Warranty does not cover charger, Electrode Pads, Gel, and Fabric.
You are entitled to the warranty only against original parts.
Device warranty applies when it is not damaged/broken through misuse, accident, or neglect and has not been modified or repaired by anyone other than OliveLife Company.

Steps in case of defect:

Talk to your authorized distributor with proof of purchase and warranty details.
If not satisfied, contact the helpline number and return the device to the company warehouse.
